guns!?

I have'nt seen any rangers using guns yet!? is there a reason for this? I was thinking about becoming a ranger, cos i really wanted a gun, Vincent stylee , but having not seen any yet i'm not too sure :confused:

I think a lot of rangers use a gun at higher levels, but my friend had one at lvl 7 so...lol. Yeah you dont see them that often.

Guns suck until lvl 22 when you can use Bullets, instead of Bronze Bullets. Bronze bullets have a DMG of 3 and a horrible delay, thats why they arent used at lower lvls.

Guns are also horrendously expensive in terms of their bullet's cost and availability. Bronze Bullets, even with their horrid stats, go for about 6k a stack on my server (Quetzalcoatl) and Bullets can be seen for up to 10k+ a stack. Silver bullets ranging from 30k-50k a stack. At the vendors (which are few and far between) they go for about 250 a bullet at no city fame.

Bullets seriously cost, and to even craft them you must have, I think, level 41 in alchemy, and probably some skill of equal level in goldsmithing.

All I can say is, unless you're a millionaire, guns should only be used for WSes and Eagle Eye Shot, and only used once you access regular bullets.

On Ragnarok , the silver bullets are 10k a stack or less, but its well worth it, trust me.
