Which arrows for what lvl and crafting skill? Do I have it right?

Hi guys, after reading many topics in this forum I think I have an idea of what is best to use for RNG(going for it soon).
So far I have gathered that:
1-7 = Wooden/Stone arrows
7-15 = Bone arrows
15+ = Beetle/Iron/Silver arrows

1) Now, can I use, say, Silver arrows since lvl one, or is it that it just not worth it and Wooden can do the job at that lvl?
2) What the absolute best, guns or HQ long bows?
3) Is weaving and woodwork enough to make all(if not most) arrows or do I need to lvl another crafting skill?
4) Recomendations on what arrows to use per lvl is greatly appreciated. ^^

1) nono, silver arrows are lv24 (if i remember right) so you can only use silver arrows at lv24 and above.
for low level arrows i think it goes:

lv1 = wood/stone arrows
lv7 = bone arrows
lv14 = iron arrows
lv24 = silver arrows
(plus the newer arrows bone/horn etc.. which i can't remember the levels for ~_^)

so you'll only have the option of using stone/wood arrows upto lv7

2) errm, depends on your level! check the AH ~_^

3) you don't need weaving to make arrows just woodworking will allow you to make most if not all arrows.

4) if you can afford it, always use the most highly levelled arrows.
