New Axe

Im not sure if anyone has posted this but i've noticed a few high level rangers with a new axe, the one that adds +7 Rng Attack and +7 Rng Accuracy. Where did it come from. I thought I saw a thf as well with one that looked similar but with different stats on it.

Maat beaten in 3mins 51sec. The fight itself didn't last more than 12secs. Double Attack, Raging Rush, Raging Rush, Fragmentation, Double Attack= Dead Maat @.@
