Hullo, I heard somewhere that it would be a good idea to after you get your main to Level 10 to switch over to the Job that your Sub will be and Level that to about Level 9, so once you go back and get your Main to Level 18 and get a Sub, that one will already be at Level 9. Is this a good idea or no?

Statistically speaking, it's easier to level when you have a subjob (increased HP and stats). So I would recommend waiting until you complete the subjob quest, and then levelling your intended subjob (ideally with your usual main as a temporary sub).
