Bow between 16-31

Just a quick question, about to hit 16 with my ranger. Already got my bone ring +1's and earings. My question is before i go splurge on the level 16 Powerbow +1 that runs about 30k-ish on my server, are there any bow's that I will be looking to use before the Great Bow at lvl 30 or 31 i believe??

Money is a bit tight and the Power Bow non HQ goes for about 10k. But if the Power Bow is going to be my main bow until lvl 30 then I want to make sure to get the best.

If memory seves, Power Bow +1 is the best you can get until 30/31. I've been using one since 16 and the extra accuracy helps a lot, can never have too much as a ranger.
