Questions About Crafting Flame Arrows

I have a few questions about flame arrows that i need to get answered. I am a lvl 40 ranger and want to upgrade to these when i reach lvl 45.

1) Is it more cost effective to craft your own flame arrows or buy them? They are really expensive in the stores (33g per arrow if memory serves me correct)

2) Assuming it is more cost effective to craft them yourself can anyone tell me

a) the recipe?
b) what crafts i need to level up to be able to make them?

I want to know what levels of each craft i need to make the arrows, which recipe is the cheapest, ect. I am looking for someone who knows how to and has made flame arrows on a regular basis to reply with all the info they can spare. Not your useless drivel.

Anyone have any useful information?

1) yes - for me they cost between 4 and 4.5k per stack in the AH.
I can craft them for around 3 to 3.5k per stack. - though 33gil per arrow is 3267 per stack which is probably cheaper than either - on my server they cost about 135 from vendors.

2) as far as i can remember...
a) fire arrowheads - ash lumber - bird fletchlings
b) woodworking - some old recipes might say you need alchemy and woodworking or whatever - i'm sure they still work, but you can craft them with just woodworking.
