Is RNG/NIN obligated to Blink?

Even Though It costs a **** load and is a HUge Pain to get it, I Find that its almost NEcessary especially when u dual weild those archer knives and have barrage, My ranger seems to be tanking the whole party and it jsut seems they cant get it off me so start doing those zinc ore quests or if u have the money just buy it :spin:

The first blink lasts for 1 hit I believe and the upgraded version lasts for 3 hits I think.

ichi(1) lasts 3 hits...ni(2) i think lasts 4 but i dont have experience with ni yet
