Accuracy and Attack items....

...will these effect your Ranged Accuracy and Ranged Damage? Or are those stats just for melee?

Good example is the Lifebelt(+10 accuracy) or Swordbelt(+10 attack), will these help for ranged accuracy or attack?

you have 2 equivilents of attack and accuracy, ranged attack and ranged accuracy ~_^
