The mithra who bundles arrows into quivers is located with the traveling performers who relocate to whichever city is currently winning the conquest competition. In sandoria I've seen them in South Sandoria, just to the left of the main avenue to North Sandoria. In Bastok they set up in Bastok Port someplace. In Windurst I've heard that they show up near the fountain (in Windurst Waters I think, or maybe Woods, I forget).WHM 34

Quick hint for every ranger out there.
DO NOT buy the flower from the AH or ANYONE for that matter. You can find them extremely cheap in the flower store in Upper Jueno.-TrimptonComment

Flowers are 60g each for me. Not bad compared to the cost of arrows to begin with considering the convenience of having them stackable.WHM 34
