marksmenship is seriously way too overpriced to lvl. Lvl 1 bullets, or any bullets as a mattter of fact, are rarely found in any country other than jeuno. And in jeuno, it costs quite a bit o list up 99 items, so the price for 99 lvl 1 bullets go fro 6-7k. With 99 bullets, and assuming your marksmenship is 0, you won't even get the first ws. It takes at least 12k just to get the first ws. To make matters worst, guns are weaker than bows at my point in the game. So hmm, lemme think about it. I could choose to spend 12k to lvl marksmenship to 10, then get the first weak ass ws, or spend 12k on tons of arrows and deal good dmg.

On a side note, I'm lvl 12 -_- so you can see why my opinion may differ than some high lvl rangers.

And one more thing, my rng damage was seiously dissapointing. I partied with a drk/war, and he dealt just a mere 10 dmg below my bow and arrow damage. I was seriously dissapointed by that. I'm not sure about the outcomes in the future, but I almost lost in terms of damage to a taru drk/war at lvl 12 -_-;

Actually if you want to improve your marksman skill early on you can use a crossbow. It's cheaper than wasting bullets just to level ws.

Wow, I had no idea crossbows lvled marksmenship. I just assumed guns=marksmenship.
