2 quick questions

My ranger is level 12 with Hunter's Longbow atm, I also have a power bow +1 for when I am level 16. Should I use the power bow +1 at level 16 or continue using my Hunter's Longbow, I was thinking Power Bow+1 but didn't know for sure?



Also, I noticed iron arrows require a carpentry skill of 21 to create. Should I make my own Iron Arrows or buy them, they are about 900-1,000 gil for 99 on my server(Fenrir).
How long would it take to get 21 in carpentry, and are there certain items to make that raise it fastest?

Apparantly there are earth crystal recipes you should be using - instead of the wind crystal recipes.

The wind crystal recipes are the old ones.
