Rapidshot spd increase range?

Is there anyone could estimate the lower bound and upper bound on t he speed increase? 0%-50% delay reduction perhap? Also, are they evenly distributed or 0% will happen more often %% reduction etc...?

errm not quite sure what you mean.
rapid shot is an ability that pulls off randomly once in a while, it'll make the shot you're taking shoot almost straight away, rather than waiting 3-4 seconds or so before shooting.
