Quick RNG question bout guilds

I know you can make arrows with the carpenter and boneworker guild (correct me if im wrong) but is there a a way you can make bullets for the gun? for example a blacksmith?
Any answer is appreciated!

as far as i know you can make the lv 1 bullets in the blacksmiths guild, but other bullets can be made in the alchemests guild
