How much damage should an average Fire/Blizzard IV be doing?
I recently hit 75 and very recently capped out my Auto’s magic skill (including merits) and was playing around this weekend with Fire/Blizzard IV. Sadly to say…I’m not very impressed at the moment. My setup looked something like this…
-Loud Speaker II
-Armor plate II
-Shock Absorber
-Mana Tank II
-Economizer
-Optical Fiber
-Mana booster
-Forgot the name (Removes a water to prevent overload)
-Forgot the name (Lowers Enmity)
-ice maker
-I can’t remember the last 2. Pretty sure it was Mana Tank I and Loud Speaker I.
We we’re first fighting Aura Statues in sky (farming diorites). I only had 4/5 magic merits at the time, so I was only using Fire IV. My average nukes were hitting for about 400 or so. Some lower and maybe twice I broke 700 if I had 2 ice maneuvers up. Next, I merited a little and finished up my last magic skill. Went to do some campaign battle and my blizzards were hitting for 500-600 and my Fires slightly lower.
Is this at all average or am I getting resisted like it’s my job? I’ve been trying to get Tranquilizer for about 2 months. It seems like only 1 or 2 pop a month and I keep missing it… I noticed a comment on FFXIAH that with this attachment and some ice maneuvers spells could get somewhere near AM II damage. is that at all accurate?
What are some of your average numbers?
Are my attachment setups horribly wrong?
