    It's actually something to do with the game's coding itself or something? I forget Tanaka's exact explanation for it at Vanafest.

      They didn't want to rewrite all the UI to leave room for 3 digits just so they could add 25 levels instead of 24, I bet.

      Also, RDM100/BLM50 could Chainspell Freeze (although I don't know how much difference that would make compared to the T4s RDM is already getting natively).
