Enmity gear

well i just start with PLD/NIN doing some end game stuf so with out Provoke i know its harder to keep hate so wich Enmity gear/pieces should i try to get to make my hate constantly and be a better kiter?

Haste for Flash and in general, everything else. But mostly flash.

I heard that with optimal gear, Flash is on a 25 second timer... And apparently, so would Utsusemi: Ni be close to that, since they're about the same recast.
