Taru PLD Questions

I was wondering if a taru will made a good pld? I know the only real subjob for pld is war but can other jobs work also? And what weapons should a pld lvl also?

Any help or advise would be great!

Search button, please. There are already many threads in this forum on the same subject.

To answer your questions briefly: Yes a taru can be a good pld. War is the only sub you should ever use in an experience party, but some other subs such as nin and whm have specific uses. Plds should level 1H swords primarily, but staff and greatswords are good to keep up,too.
