Ok so i am lvling pld (currently 29 really lookin forward to upgradin my sword at 30) but i am curious about why daggers arent used. Now i am not talkin at my lvl i am talkin at like lvl40 something, the point that you would get energy steal. Most of the mobs that are xp mobs can have mp stolen from them. Now you wont do as much dmg but you still get your shield and if you dont have a refresher (it does happend and it isnt the end of the world).
Now before i get flamed too badly let me point out that yes at 63 with spirit taker and the earth staff way better. Mob and pt dependent as well, if the mob dont have stealable mp useless, if flat blade is needed should use sword. But before spirit taker and with a mp stealable mob why not?
