sorry to say, you get that title AFTER you complete your AF3 qust which, in your case, would be the Gallant Surcoat.

The "Paragon of {insert Job here} excellence." is the title given to every job upon completion of their AF3 quest.

Well, pretty much covered here but once you have successfully completed your AF3 quest (Gallant Surcoat for PLDs, and for other jobs it is whatever their Lv60 AF is.) you will recieve that title.

So can I get the PLD AF3 (Surcoat) at lvl 52? Say like an Ailliance of lvl 75s (yeah like that will happen), just saying tho, will I be a Paragon of Paladin Excellence?

My frank advice? Wait till you're at least level 58 or so. Earn your AF3 coat by actually helping with tanking one of them. While you may not get creamed, you're not going to contribute an awful lot. I'm not calling you one, but a level 52 getting AF3 borders on leeching in my frank opinion.

At lvl 59 I tanked the Paladin-type Orc (One-Eyed Glubityguk...or whatever his name is :p) while a Whm backed me up and the rest of my 10-person alliance delt with the Ranger Orc. The NM battle really isn't that hard, in fact I think it's one of the easiest of all the AF3 NM fights, and often just getting to the NM spawn area and not having any orcs pop on you while fighting is a much more difficult thing.
