The NM is called Sewer Syrup and is lottery pop NM with surrounding Mousse (jelly type, lvl 58-65) in Sandoria Jail. It pops around H11 - I11 of the second map( map you see when drop down ). From the info i've seen its 100% drop.
I've been reluctant to ask ppl in my LS to go hunt jelly's for fun...so I havent attempted this NM yet

I really don't see you killing that NM with just two people. The NM is going to be of higher level then the normal mobs (so we'll say level 70) with more hp, more damage, more abilities normally.. So there's not much chance you could kill it with the two of you, even more so that jellys take 50% less damage from melee attacks.
You really want to take some blms with you if you're going to be hunting for that. And plan to spend some time there. Lottery pops can either be fast, or take all day.If you define cowardice as running away at the first sign of danger, screaming and tripping and begging for the enemy no not see you. Then yes, Mr. Braveman, I guess I'm a coward

hmm.. daigoro, do you know how often sewer syrup spawns??
like other NM's.. if you kill the place holder, they pop after a certain time..
in this case, the place holder is the mousse.. i dont wanna be down there in that scary jail for a long time
btw, i'll prob drag a long a few of my black mage friends. thanks for the tip. ^^PLD62/WAR32/WHM39/THF26/BLM18

It sounds appealing, but am I really going to need it as a Galka PLD? Sure it reduces damage, in turn reducing the amount of MP a mage spends healing me, but wouldn't my ring slot be better used for say an astral ring or something to boost my lagging MP?
I should have enough HP to counteract that for the most part and make a benefit of holding hate with my newfound 25MPAF Completed.

It's more of a bonus item, then a required item. If you can get it and have it, great. If not, not missing out that much. 5% isn't that much in the long run, but it's good when stacked with other things.
Like a earth staff, that ring, and maybe even darksteel armor (in the 60's). Would bring you to about -35% pysical damage taken.
But that's more for HNM's then normal exp groups (the staff that is).
And being a galka, you can never have to much mp ^^. What some people do, and I do myself, is get several items and swap through them in the fight. Lets say you have MP rings that give you +40 mp. Well once you use up that 40 mp, you switch to your real rings and use those for the rest of the fight. When the fight is over, you put back on the 40 mp rings. This gives you a MP boost. A lot of Galka's I know do this with their items. I see them switching around during the fight and after it. I do the same with my rings. If you define cowardice as running away at the first sign of danger, screaming and tripping and begging for the enemy no not see you. Then yes, Mr. Braveman, I guess I'm a coward
