PLD quest (need specifics)

ok, so my problem is, i get to davoi, and all these Faqs say that i have to go to the disused well...


only question is, how do I get there?

the guy is Balasiel

Give him a root which can be obtained from a undead enemies.
In the Ordellas cave which is a cave in La Thine. Go to location (G-7) and there will be a small pool of water touch the ???, then quickly touch another ??? which is located about 20 steps from the pool. You will receive a item if done correctly.
Talk to Balasiel, then talk to the guards on 2nd floor of the guard post east and west Cahaurme(J-9) & Baurise(H-9). Then go to Davoi E10, examine the Disussed Well and get an item. Get back to Balasiel and you an get a Lvl28 Kite Shield, and you can change to Paladin.

*grin* Davoi... I still hate that place. But it's simple to find.. getting to it at lv30 is a tad tricky..

Step 1:
Sucker.. erm.. bribe.. no that's not it.. ask (yes) a WHM of lv 25+ if they'll go with you. They need Invisible, Sneak, and Deoderize. Also, like one person I helped, jus a massive alliance of goons to smash their way through XD (was in the middle of WAR and RDM AF when I got a msg asking for help on it.. man I wish I had my own goon squad when I went ^^)

Step 2:
Complete PLD pt 1 and 2. Make sure all three books are obtained (one from Mr. Wrinkly Elf, then the book of east and book of west from the 2 guards).

Step 3:
Travel to Davoi (no brainer, but again I'm still in Captain Obvious mode)..

Step 4:
First thing you needa get to the river. There's two ways to take it. Oh, buy a map before you go. Forgot that. Anyhow.. looking at an image of the map-- the well you are in search of is in that SW little spot that goes from the river.. faaar SW corner. Path I took (jus sneaking, invis, and deoder and refresh in a spot when needed) was.. south all the way to that south spot in J-10, then following the river until it ended at D-8, then heading south to that pond to click on it and retrieve the Knight's Soul.

Step 5:
Once you get the last quest item, proceed back and talk to Mr. Wrinkly Elf. To get out you either follow the same route out, or die like a man/woman/elf/whatever and suicide (having set HP in Sandoria). But We jus snuck our way back out.. snuck/trained. Invis wore and we were too lazy to recast it so we jus trained everything running for zone
