    This has been my single biggest beef with NIN from day one (my 2nd being elemental ninjutsu not being strong/cheap enough)
    So you basically want NIN to 1) Break its tradition of throwing gil at the enemy and 2) have overpowered DPS. =P

      Gil Toss is traditionally a SAM Ability.

        I meant that metaphorically, since throwing equippable weapons has always been a very expensive way to deal damage in any Final Fantasy. It's not like SAM is that strongly affiliated with Gil Toss either way; until FFX-2 that ability hadn't been clearly associated with SAM again since it had appeared in FF5.

          They could give NIN an ability to throw any weapon.. so you could toss your Kikoku at the mob instead of your Bomb Core....


          (Yes, I know you can't throw Bomb Core anymore)...
