Shura Togi: MNK only?

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding certain equipment for NIN in the endgame levels.

Although I'm not 75 yet, I'm approaching it, and am considering different options. I own SH, Hauby, Osode, and I have the abjuration for Shura body. Looking over everything, I'm having a problem deciding whether I should spend the gil on the cursed togi or not. My thinking on this is based on:

• Hauby has the same amount of beneficial stats, except it also has +DEX and +STR.
• Although Hauby has -AGI and -Evasion, I've not seen many NIN's that were terribly concerned with it, unless they were going specifically for an EVA build.
• I assume Osode would be the "WS equip only" piece of choice, due to high STR.

I could get the AF+1 body within a decent amount of time once I hit 75, if that is actually a concern.

So, the question is: Is the Shura Togi worthwhile for NIN? If not, what would be the recommended item to use in the body slot?

P.S. Oh, I could also get the Arhat's +1 body (currently using NQ), but I've only considered using that for tanking high end mobs...

Noes, stick with the hauby(+1). The osode isn't even that great because ninja benefits a lot more from the accuracy, unless you do one hit weaponskills a lot.

I've got an abjuration body too. Accidentally got it the same day I got my osode for samurai. <.> As much as I'd like to uncurse it, it just isn't that great for samurai and is meh for ninja. It'll stay uncursed, unless I decide to level monk...

If you've got gil to burn, definitely pick up that arhats gi +1, or hades sainti at least.

Mog nailed it, your big hitter is going to be Jin, which will benefit more from the Acc/DEX of the Hauby than anything else. Osode is decent for your other WS' that aren't multi-hit, or if you for some reason are otherwise pushing on max Acc already from full merits/madrigal/Hunter's/Sushi then it'd be nice for Jin as well.

You'll probably see much more use out of the Arhat's +1 for the gil.

1: Don't ever use Osode for Jin
2: Don't EVER use Osode for Jin
3: Togi is +10 acc +20 attack -40(?)HP, haub is +10 acc +10 attk +5 str and +5 dex -5 agi -20 evasion
In my honest opinion, Togi is better than Haub (not for WSing), it just has the upperhand.

So in my opinion, if I'm allowed to have one;
Get the Togi, not only does it look cool but it's a good piece to have. Everything is situational.

But, AF body still wins.
