just adding on to what murphie said, if you are specifically trying to get norg fame. the quest in windurst that involves yagudo necklaces takes twice as many times as the quest in bastok to reach the same amount of fame.

Yet it's by far the easiest, since you can actually "farm" the item versus mining them (Stone Worms only has a good drop rate if you have TH or if it gives exp to you - drop rate is quite sh*tty if you're really high farming the worms in nub areas)

I got enough Tenshodo Fame farming necklaces in 3 runs. Each run took only 15 min.
