The other night, a few of us took down Ogama (LOL ... the pull itself was a golden moment) without effort and then this dropped:

So ... what exactly does this do? No one in that O Hat alliance knew what it did (They were making guesses) Just from looking at it, it seems a total rip-off if you were camping this ugly thing (In the middle of other fugly IT mobs no less) I'm glad we just happen to come across it and took a golden opportunity to dispose of it.

It has a hidden effect of increased damage as your HP decreases.

Also, you can actually steal it from the NM without fighting it. Plus, it can still drop the katana even if you stole one. (Not sure if it's 100%)
