    I would think that since you sacrifice your life for you party it should give some big kind of bonus other than the almost whole team of perfect dodge, like like i somewhat of a burn, meaning that when the mob gets hit by the Mijin Gakure it catchs on fire for 10 second... and losses health pretty much like a poison for that amount of time... if you understand that : P I myself havent actually seen the full extent of the Mijin Gakure considering my NIN is only lvl 21 :3 but i do like many of the ideas shown.

    Khidir, the way you've made it in your first post pretty much make the Ninja the best job out there i mean... everyone would be like holy crap every 2 hours i get a blaze spikes + my own healing + instant cast + all my ninjutsu power is doubled.... <--- that kinda has godly power over all 2 hours >_> i bit to much godly power lol although : P it wouldntbe bad to have i could see alot of players being ninja for that 2 hour ability

    but as i said above i like the idea of it pretty much casting perfect dodge for the whole party and if it could place like a burn for 10 seconds on the enemy... it would be enough to make the nins sacrifice more then enough

      You guys are insane. Ninja is plenty powerful even with the "ghetto warp" 2hr.

      And as far is it "not helping my PT when I use it?" My LS didn't seem to mind last saturday when I Mijin Gakure'd Kirin for 900+ damage FTW. ^^

        That 2HR is extremely overpowered/rigged.
        Don't bother sending that in, we're definetely not going to get it ._.

          did you read all of it? i said i know its overpowered i just need to know what to send in...

            You can send in what you want but if you have read the thread regarding job changes you would know that SE is really hesitent to do anything to buff ninja at this point. To do so would be to risk severly swaying job balance and making the class even more overpowered than it is.

            Most NIN I know would like to deny the power of NIN outright so as to protect thier class but I am not going to lie. NIN at this point is probably overpowered and out of balance and I am sure something will have to be done at some point. Hopefully they are fixing that by buffing pld rather than nerfing nin but if that doesn't work I'm sure the nerf bat will come down...

              isn't the real problem with it as a powerful subjob not really as a main?

              rdm is powerful as a main and to a mage class good as a sub at hi lv

              most melee can sub it well and be more overpowering than with the regular sub ie war/nin than war/mnk

              i see the 2 related in the aspect i plan to email se this link but having hard time getting time to do it since there is other things i want to include with feedback like stuff for sam

                        Has anyone tested mob resistance using all the +fire gear you can get your hands on? As a galka nin I have about 1900-2khp depending on food. just curious as too how much fire gear i have to put on to negate the average sky mob's resistance.

                          Rdm don't do enough damage to do something like that, regardless of subjob. RDM/NIN gains some survivability, but RDM has lots of survivability already, it just takes so freaking long to kill anything.

                          NIN main, on the other hand, can do just as much damage as any other physical DD (that's what the job was originally designed for, after all), while also being pretty much invulnerable to anything EM or below (maybe even T or below).

                          NIN sub adds SOME survivability, but nowhere near that of NIN main. And not all melees can fully benefit from NIN sub - WAR is one of only a few that can. Being able to have a wide selection of subjobs that it benefits well from is one of WAR's strengths - any other job gives up a lot by not subbing WAR, but WAR has Double Attack and Berserk built in and therefore doesn't have to give them up to experiment with other SJ. Furthermore WAR is the only job with an A in both a one and a two handed weapon; DRK, DRG, MNK and SAM can't dual wield as effectively because they have reduced skill with one handed weapons, and therefore can't abuse suppanomimi and sarashi either.

                          Certain jobs, by design, give away a lot as a subjob - WAR, WHM, THF, NIN, BLM. That's what makes them such popular subjob choices while hardly anyone subs BRD, BST, DRG, RNG, PLD, and only in limited combinations/circumstances does anyone sub SMN, DRK, RDM, SAM, MNK. I don't think that's necessarily a "problem" that has to be "fixed" - any more than the fact that some jobs have a lot of subjob options and some have a few. That's just part of the design of those jobs. The overall power and usefulness of the jobs aren't defined by whether or not they have a lot of subjob choices, but by how effective they are with the choices that are good. And ninjas are *extremely* effective in pretty much any situation.

                            You know. Going with "Ninja's are ment to be stealthy"

                            Why not make it so that Their 2hr,

                            1. Removes all Hate. To the point where mobs no longer recognize you if your solo.
                            2. Then makes you Perfect (Prevents detection from True Sight and the like.) Invisible, Sneak, Deoderized.
                            3. Increases your Speed by 12% But only for 15 seconds, (half the time of Flee If I remember Correctly.)

                            After the Speed boost wears off then leave another 15 seconds of the Perfect Invisible, Sneak, Deoderize.

                            Would kind of remind me of the Footclan Ninja's from TMNT. Ya know?

                              hmm how about just correcting the mijin gakure dmg calculations. now, most people can drop some big numbers on mijin but only at full health. now really, unless its for a certain purpose say trying to finish off a mob or w/e, most the times we need it the most to save our asses or party members asses is when we are hurt or near death. at this time it only drops some dismal 30-50dmg at times. maybe changing it so it evens out no matter when you use it regardless of hp? just a thought~

                                And have NIN enemies in Dynamis all be able to blow me up for 3000+ damage no matter how low I drop their HP?
