im going to start playing nin(lvl 14) more, Ive been playing /Thf and all I get is "you should be playing /War". What do you guys like to sub with nin?

The NIN job has been warped by the community into a tank job. You'll be expected to sub /WAR and only /WAR in EXP parties, though if you're rich you can make NIN/RNG and NIN/BLM work in higher levels. I'm assuming you're not rich, though.
Edit: Oh, and THF gives you nothing but Steal and Evasion Bonus before 30 anyways. Useless sub.

/war /war /war. all tanks should sub /war for pickup parties.

do you get the idea this has been discussed before?
i'm not trying to be mean or anything, but please, read around a bit before posting a question. chances are, SOMEONE has asked the same question as you. maybe even hundreds of times, like in this case.
and to answer your question, the ONLY viable sub for ninja 95% of the time is /war. other subs *can* be made to work, but not easilly, cheaply, or often, and /thf is not one of them.
in all the time i've played this game, i've seen only one time when i saw a ninja use a subjob other than /war. it was a ninja/rng, and we had a pld tank. after an hour or so of xp'ing, the pld had to leave, so the ninja went and switched his sub to /war and started tanking. he said the only real reason he was /rng at the start of the fight was he knew the pld, and he wanted to skillup his ranged attacks.

I can understand that. but there is no need to be mean about it. When ever anyone posts anything that has been talked about before everyone is so quick to jump on the "Use the search button, n00b" bandwagon.
