Decisions?

After deciding to get FFXI for the 360 im unsure of what subjob to take,Im thinking about ninja but I just need to know whats the best Main job to go with it? Oh and im going for a Hume.

your subjob will only enhance your main job. dont worry so much about subjob yet, figure out what you want to be, then after knowing that, decide on a sub job.

be aware that there is no single end all sub for everything. the problem with some players is that they -only- want to be this, or -only- want to be that. if you are playing melee, you need to be flexible b/c different party configurations will call for different abilties.

subs that are very useful to melee are war, nin, thf. once you start playing you will begin to figure out that there is a lot of leveling to be done.

Look, basically you need to choose the jobs you like. AFTER you made this decision, you can think about the best combo of jobs, but remember, you should take decisions based on your enjoying.

Warrior/Ninja is one of the top three DoT jobs. Ranger/ninja and Thief/ninja are the only other accepted combos with ninja sub in them.(for experience parties)

I see posts like this all the time. Before I started playing the game I researched all of the jobs and combinations to find what fit best for me. I know there is tons of information all over the web. I would suggest doing that.
