Ninja Attack Cap Level 37-75

Does anyone know of a chart or calculation to help me figure this out?

I am starting a new static that involves a weird setup and I need to figure out certain things to see what would be better.

If anyone has anything that would help thanks.

attack doesnt really cap out per lvl. however, there is a 'soft' cap but thats only speculation. this 'soft' cap seems like it can be raised if you add more STR and/or ATK but there is no definite number at which this occurs.

if you are looking for skill caps, mysterytour and somepage have links to a skill cap calculator, im sure you can find it if you stumble around one of those sites.
