  • BLMs..... >.> well bad ones anyways...

Simple question, how do you boys deal with a chain casting BLM, that runs outta MP before the MB, and just throws random stuns out.

How do you keep hate from them?
i found myself in this situation, and only way was to spin the wheel until he ran outta MP, which was in about 30sec rofl...

    any other suggestions?

PS. i was lvl 49 at the time btw, im 50 now.

I am going to have to agree with the majority here. If you are doing whatever you can to secure hate and the BLM is a dumbass, its better off for him to die and/or replace him. Theres only so much he can do before you will lose hate, and if you are doing your best to hold hate and it still moves off, technically in a wierd way, the BLM asked for it.

If you're trying your hardest to hold hate and the BLM pulls it anyway, they deserve whatever they get. Good BLMs learn very early on (i.e. Valkurm-Qufim stage) not to pull hate unless it's necessary for a MB. Those that don't need their lack of wisdom shoved in their faces so they don't wreck future parties with their bad playing skills.

Like other said let them die.

A good blm even ones that play the risks, knows to keep himself alive if not the 1st time then from that point on.

Usually a Blm pulling hate knows what he/she's getting into, and has a stun ready, with blink up, and knowing he can TKO the monster at the point.

Of course your blm running out of MP is another problem that can't be fixed easily...it's a weak link in the pt...you will just have to replace him/her if they don't manage it better...no other way unless you don't planning on getting chain3.

It's not your fault, an overnuking blm will rip hate off anyone, pld or nin or war. Someone that bad should never be invited again. It reminds me of one time I returned to Valkurm, blm in the nearby party was spamming all his spells up to Blizzard/Waterga. Wasn't long before the pugil turned and ate the novice taru. I'm a bit surprised, a blm should be much improved over that at L50ish.

Yeah, I think everybody here is preaching to the choir. Kick 'em out of your party, or let 'em die.

The second method will teach a lesson that obviously needs to be taught. The second leaves you with a hole to fill. I wouldn't bother with the polite tells. In a party like that, the whole parties thinking the same thing. "What the hell is up with this BLM?" So send a /party to the BLM that way they know their arse is in the sling.

But somebody else hit the nail on the head. At Lv.49-50 they should have learned that. BLMs have tissue paper armor, and a mob will eat them up like the Pillsbury Dough boy.
