to me tho it's for the greater good and balance. You know other jobs lose hate when they got hit too right? Utsusemi absorbing for free just gives blink tank a little too much advantage.

i'm not sure if its for the greater good...if youve ever seen a nin try to get hate from plds on kirin, you'll know all the hate you can get is needed >.>;
