Utsu Nerf? Tell me if its bs or not O_o

A NIN friend of mine said that Ni is now 3 shadows and Ichi is now 2 shadows..O_o i dont know where he got this but...i hope its not true..he said the recent patch changed that...is it true or is he misinformed?

just got out of a party, and na, thats false. i had 4 for ni and 3 for ichi

Utsusemi: Ni is 3 shadows when you are /NIN, but 4 shadows when your main job is NIN. Utsusemi: Ichi is always 3 shadows.

I never noticed that Utsusemi: Ni was 3 shadows instead of the original 4. Thanks for the info!
