Hey NIN's never posted in the NIN forum before. Anyways a question. I am a 60 WAR/NIN and during my recent PT I realised I still had some Katon: Ichi powders lefts over from skilling up my sub. I decided to cast it during the battle and to my suprise it landed but did 0 damage. Does this mean I still lowered it's Water Resistance despite doing no damage? Because if it did wouldn't it be good just before the Distortion SC for a Water 3 burst? Just curious thanks.

I saw nin in my PT casting the ni's for 80-90 damage. It's pretty impressive considering I was a ranger shooting for 90 as well.There are painters who transform the sun into a yellow spot,
but there are others who with the help of their art and their intelligence

Yeah, the monster's resistance still goes down. I'm pretty sure it's not really noticeable though, considering your Ninjutsu skill would be gimped from subbing it.

yagudo nin guys in castle oztroja hit me for 0 damage but still lower my resistance by some amount that I can't recall. I'm thinking somewhere between 15-30 points.
