Str + Acc Vs. Racc + Ratt

my ninja is still in the mid 30s so bare with me, i'm not sure as if i should maybe get a Bowyer ring for my chakram or ninja stars, my throwing is capped, i have that choice + a markmanship later, and maybe a Jagd neck piece, or i can just use +3 str rings and spike necklace. either way is find just wanted to hear some opinions from others who have experimented or know about this.

I really don't work on either, I work on AGI and Evasion. Well I personaly would go with Reflex Rings and Sliver Earings+1. For Ranged attack thats really your personal choice, whatever rocks your boat. Of course this is all my personal opinion.

i don't throw at all on my ninja. evasion is obviously the most important and then i try to focus on accuracy. sniper rings/life belt and hitting a lot more tends to help with hate quite a bit. besides that, just spam powders and you should be ok.
