Toreaders Cape is from the new Buffalo NM you need to pop from a ??? in Ulegurand Range. As was previously said it is very Hakutaku-esque in that you need to collect the items from the Ghosts and craft it into... I forgot the name but it's a red item that will be obvious when you see it. Saw the item needed to pop it in a bazaar for 8mil tonight and from the number of items needed to pop it... well I have a feeling your friend is going to regret paying 20 mil for it lol.

And I agree, this cape should've been Rare/EX.

Cape is completely worthless. . .too much work for the product. The Buffalo is insane, have screenies of him hitting a PLD for 1000+ dmg normal melee attack. Plus on top of how ridiculous this guy is, the cape has a hidden +crit to you effect of about 50-75%. This has been tested and proven. on VT mobs

150 attacks w/ Cape - 109 were crit's
150 attacks w/o Cape - 17 were crit's

not worth the effort in my opinion
