333 delay total / 1.16 = 2.87seconds
333 delay * .84 = 2.79 seconds
Either way the numbers when using low delay weapons like that are pretty close. There would be a 1 round attack difference at best per minute if you are counting the number of attacks over time.
Really fast hits are good for enmity and tp building, but straight up melee damage isn't going to see a huge jump unless you are a rdm/nin with enspell to capitalize on the large damage per hit added onto the weapon, regardless of its base damage.

ApplePie did some extensive testing, and found Sarashi to only reduce delay 1%. Now the belt may offer increased Acc or Damage but there is no data on that. I find it hard to believe a lvl 30 belt that Enhances Dual Wield would give a mere 1% delay reduction.

He shows an increase in damage when wearing it vs. the Master Belt. Parser data can be misleading but he seems to have sampled enough fights to make the case for Sarashi increasing DOT. How it does it is the question.

I believe the correct way to calculate DW "haste" is to multiply, not divide.
For example, with DW2:
[delay1 + delay2]*0.85
gives you a different result than:
[delay1 + delay2]/1.15
The first answer is the correct one, as I understand it.
