Job Trait: Stealth: Details?

Hi,

Does anyone know exactly what this is?

I see 3 possibilities:

• Reduces mob aggro range (drops sound radius/shortens sight cone/etc)
• Reduces mob level aggro range (less level difference to not aggro, period)
• Something else? :confused:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
