+evasion vs +evasion skill

What is the relationship between these 2 stats?

I have been told that +2 agi = +1 evasion

So whats the relationship between evasion, and evasion skill?

2 AGI does not equal 1 EVA, it has not been proven since EVA is a hidden stat. However, I do think the relationship between AGI/EVA is the same as the relationship between STR/ATT, there is just no way to prove it.

However, I do think that EVA skill is better than just regular EVA. The skill is what makes the difference between an A- or an A+ combat skill.
