Evasion question for high end NIN on HNM God tanking

Which one will you pick 2 Mambo or 2 march songs? I would prefer a 2 BRD party :3 but well

Also 2 Melody earring ( might be +1) or 2 bat earring with blind potion? This is like 10-12 evasion skill vs 30 evasion +

Im not sure if any one has told you but NINs arent really prefered when it comes to Tanking Gods. Ive only seen Genbu Tanked by NIN, byakko atks too fast and too much, and Seiryu has some kind of 100 fist type move. Sorry.

But I would probably choose the 12 Evasion skill over the 30 Evasion for HNMs.

I know 2 NA NIN tank all God in Fenrir Server. I saw JP play around with 2 NIN tank Byakko with under 18 ppl and they brought it down to 25% HP super fast ( then one mistake or something happend, they all died). So its possible. In fact, my LS use WAR/NIN tank Genbu and we did itpretty well, tank die couple of times cuz stunners were slacking off and fool around when we were waiting for THF with TH3 to kill ( one time they stop stunning and the other time they threw chainspell stun in for fun)

Yes i mentioned Genbu in my post, i said that a NIN can tank it, but he is really easy anyway. And just like i said, byakko will own Us, you saw if for yourself.

Good luck to ya , if you plan on tanking byakko, seiryu or suzako expect you and your alliance to die, alot. Best thing is to take a step back and let the PLDs take care of it. Even NIN has our limitations, we have to accept this.

I saw it but i know 2 NA in my server who can tank all 4 gods, also heard about other server with NIN tank Byakko. So its possible.

Hirunaokurai (lv75 NIN) on Pandemonium tanks Byakko instead of the PLDs. I'll try and get a video of it next time they do it.

As for Genbu, NIN and WAR/NIN are the best tank for him considering his ATK speed.

And the original question...It's rare for a god to miss even with 100+ evasion + mambo*2

All i have to say is Wow, Byakko ATks in flurries of 3 hits at a timie, and Seiryu has 100 fist. Razor Fangs now removes multiple shadows (most likely all for gods) and Dispelling wind and the other dragon move are just ownage tho. Im scared hehe.

Heh thats when BRD and stun team jump in. Of course NIN alone cant do anything even PLD or WAR tank gotta need help from BRD and stun team. You made it sound impossible T_T

it's possible but the point is why on earth would you want to? PLD is such a better tank for Gods.

however NIN owns for triggers...except Faust.

We use NIN, WAR/NIN, and PLD all to tank Gods. They simply cycle hate and as soon as a NIN takes damage, the God changes target to one of the other tank.

I don't think it's very likely to evade a god, so you are probably better with March instead of Mambo.

lol of all these replies i have yet to see the REAL reason why NIN is not prefered tank on harder HNM. That reason is HATE. The plain UGLY truth is that ninja cannot hold hate worth crap on god hnm. Have tried it myself with all types of gear imaginable....ALL except haste belt (I refuse to buy). But not being able to tank is not the end of your nins usefullness IF you raised your nin to be somthing other than tank whore. /SIGH nin/rng nin/thf nin/sam will have more purpose than nin/war during god hnm fights except kirin.

Thats why there /THF and THF with hide SATA. And thats why we always need more than 1 tank for each God.
