wondering if anyone knew what the "Ninja tool expertise" meant?
i was thinking something like the 'recycle' effect, tools occasionally arnt used?

"Ninja tool expertise" means that when you have these equiped and use a ninjitsu technique it does NOT use up the item. Another words you cast it for free, I have no Idea what the percent of probablity is though. This is defenetly one of the most valuable items in the game.

I think this is kinda crap, i mean if u r already 70+ nin, those few bags saved won't be that much to u, save like 2k a pt? they could've gave nin a better skill.......heck, even evasion +5 is better.

thought so well, recycle on rng AF2 hat saves a ton of arrows, they would be nice while skilling up or helping friend ect. but not in exp pt i guess

Hmm I don't think so, I spoke to a 75NIN about these gloves and they told me that they only noticed their debuffs doing more damage and sticking more often, and didn't notice that it saves them tools. I think it's just ninjitsu +

That doesn't make much sense, though. Why don't they just have "Ninjitsu Skill +X" then?

good question, maybe it does save tools but it's just not noticable. i won't know until i get my hands on them myself. i hope its more of a "conserve mp" type trait that blm's get, because spending all the gil to get to 75 should pay off lol.

Regardless of what it does with the Tools, are you willing to sacrifice +10 Evasion on Raesetsu gloves(evasion NIN), or +20 ATK on Ochidos Kote(ATK NIN) or + AGI & Ranged Accuracy on Seiryus Gloves (Ranged ATK/Godwear NIN) to save a god damn bag of shihei?

I didnt think so...

So far Ninja has been screwed but there is still more CoP updates coming so we will see if Squ-Enix gives NIN something to /cheer about.
