Utsusemi: Macro'd.

Hello people, I ust got NIN to 12, and I'm in the dunes, and i have my other tank in the PT to voke while im casting Utsusemi, I was just curious, what are some helpful macros for this situation?

When you get a bit higher put the debuffs (elemental/physical) in your alt section (alt1-3 for blind/slow/paralyze).

have something to tell your PT that your blink is down and you cant get it back up like:

/p (|Ninja|) (|Utsusemi: Ichi|) DOWN >> PROVOKE PLEASE <<

if you are first voker, an main tank. have the war or pld cast provoke the moment you take damage, then recast your blink. then either cast provoke again or just wait depending on the mobs total hp.

if u want ur other tank to provoke..just do a macro...

/party == Please Provoke | Recasting Utsuemi: <call1>

just an example..but u can do whatever .. just a simple macro to alert other tank is good enuff

but then why?

IF u have a buddy voker... its common.. if he sees u taking hit..and cast keep getting interrupted... he should know to voke it already....

Depending on your race you dont really need someone to voke off you casting utsusemi. then again im taru and high agi(same as mithra) and I have +7 AGI at 15 as is XD

Until you get Utsusemi:NI you always need a backup voker assuming you want to have an efficient party.

Not from 12 to 29. NIN can wear all of the best armors in this range, and will have VIT on-par with a warrior, with higher evasion.

WAR/MNK is still a better tank pre-37. Especially versus mandies. With mithkabobs, up-to-date GAXE, and MNK sub, a WAR/MNK might be the best tank AND non-ranger damage dealer in this range
