Raising Throwing

While leveling ninja I neglected to level my throwing and then neglected to level it while leveling THF.. Now that I am done with ranger I would like to know where are good places to level throwing and if I should sub RNG for Sharpshoot and Barrage while doing so?

My throwing is currently at 80, where should I skill and please provide the fastest most efficent places^^.

If you have a high level, I'd say best sub for skillups is actually Rng if you're Rng is over level 30.

+22 Acc and Ranged Acc from your passive traits does wonders on helping you land that blow to skillup.

Make sure to get +acc gear and make sure NOT to wear +attack or +skill gear for faster skillups.

Usually I use these locations to skillup:

0-50 Anywhere really, usually go to Valk Dunes.
50-110 Norg - go after crabs and use the Nomad Moogle for instant regen.
110-200 Kuftal Robber Crabs in a skillup PT

I know that for 200+ skill, you can skill up Throwing on the Worms in kuftal, near the Raptor spawn also close to the Phantom Worm NM. I've seen some level 65+ NIN solo this, not sure how tho.

Hmm Throw skill lvl spots..If you use your 75 nin sub thf carry some blind and para bags....
100-150 quicksands......beetles
150-200 crabs.........kuftal
200-269 .......steelshells, Romeave weapons, Flamingos

Skilling throw is best when using a chakram or using lowest lvl shuriken.
I like throw..its fun when fighting god hnm. When i dont feel like tanking, i just slap on /rng and 5 stacks of manji 5 stacks of fumas and /spam. Get a hit rate of 80% or so with my rng acc gear without Brd rng acc songs. maybe 70-150 damage to seiryu PER STAR

0-100 Qufim
100-180 I did in a few hours Seaserpant Grotto helping a friend to get latent of Great Sword.
180-269 on Aura Pots all the times camping Ro'Maeve water.

+41 AGI and +30 Ranged Accuracy + Prelude helped alot

Used Ungur Boomerang for all of it.

Just did a run of a few gods..suzaku and seiryu. I made 500 manji and 100 fumas for the fights. Also had my under leveled rng sub of 27. With my mac rng acc gear and archers prelude i manages 70-100 damage per star. I threw roughly 110 per fight did 3 300% spirits within....all I can say is wow. I believe I out damages all except blm and rng once he switched to cannon/silver bullets. FYI this was total star spammage for every shot PLD would get off I threw 3 stars. Not bad...now all we need is throw ws. I can just imagine doing throw ws with one of the dispel bags for god fights.
