I am interested in the duel wield effect. Is the earing worth getting if you only sub ninja.

WAR/NINs, yes. But they also have a choice between the Axe+5 and STR+2 earrings.

THF/NIN, no. Drone/Gennin Earrings are better.

RNG/NIN, no. Drone/Gennin Earrings are better.

EDIT:

Those are the best earrings for RNG/NIN and THF/NIN for the quest though, if you're going to do it.

I'd ditch a drone earring for that if I was /nin. Assuming that the earring is 5% dual wield haste.
