Enhances Dual Weild?

i noticed like every once in awhile you learn a job trait that "Enhances dual weild"...how does it enhance it?

Most likely it increases the rate in which Dual Weild will work.

the dual weild delay formula is something like .XX(Weapon1 Delay + Weapon2 Delay) What Enhances dual weild does is makes the XX value smaller, making you attack faster. I think the level 25 Enhances Dual Weild trait makes XX = 85 or so, reducing the delay of your attacks but 15%

the only time you will notice any dual weild enhancement is when you hit Lv65 on ninja.
