Well after a ton of deaths and 7 tries and a ton of help from all my friends I finally got my hands on the Hototogisu (rare/ex katana from temple of uggalepih NM). But I canno't for my life figure out how to activate the latent affects on this weapon (parry +5). If anyone has any info on this please let me know.

i believe that particular weapon activates its latent when your life is yellow/red.Syphon - Taru - Garuda server
