NIN equip pre 20.

Sorry if this has already been stated but i cant seem to find it anywhere. I just got NIN last night and lvled it up to 7. i was wondering what would be the best equip for me up to 20. i was planning on going with +evasion or +agi as most people on the board say so that it will cost less for Shihei. i dont mind spending alot of gil, i will just have to farm awhile longer. any help would be appreciated
