So, a group of my friends were camping eyes in Den of Rancor. Appeantly some NM named Ogama was up. So we decided to kill him. He spawned out of the Doom Toads I belive, as he was one of them. Had 75RDM/WHM, 70BRD/WHM, 75BLM/WHM, 72RDM/BLM, 74PLD/WAR, 74THF/NIN, 72THF/NIN and a 74WHM/BLM.
We didnt really have any way to set up a decent Renkei. So we fought and killed him, he had the annoying ability of his attack increasing as he neared death. I over healed due to people running low on MP and he crit on me for about 968 damage killing me instantly. But he died and dropped this, what appears to be worthless piece of junk rare ex Katana.
Amanojaku - 29dmg 221dly Accuracy -1 Level 68.
Anyone know if this Katana has some hidden ability or something because it seems like absolute crap for the monster that dropped it.
