I was just wondering about the Ninjutsu Skills, are they Int or Mnd Based? Quite important when i think of high lvl equipment..dont want anything that gives me minus to my ninjutsu skills.
I'm only 13 NIN, so I could be wrong, but I don't think its based on either stat. You're using tools when you cast -- as long as you have the tool the spell is successful. Those of you with more Nin experience, correct me if I'm wrong.
i totally disagree with that statement. How does being lazy or cheap mean you cant keep hate? I have a problem keeping hate at times when the BLM likes to over cast, or the RNG likes to go nuts, not much you can do about it in certain situations,
btw, im wearing over 800k+ debuffing etc.

I still have problems keeping hate with overnuking BLMs, with my PLD, thats a fact that never changes... and thats twice as hard for NIN (at AF lvl comparting to the Emnity PLDs get from AF).
now to the question, I believe the biggest factor is neither... the biggest factor on Ninjutsu sticking is Ninjustu skill. I believe its the same formula as the Black magic, as in INT adds to damage and skill lowers resist rate, and since Ninjutsu damage is already utter shit, only thing that matters is wether its sticking or not (therefore lowering the resist rate on certain elements, having Paralyze/slow/blind/poison stick etc...).
In conclusion, I think instead of getting INT or MND gear, focus on things that actually matters for NIN, like Attack and Evasion. On the magic deparment just keep Ninjutsu caped, will help reduse your interption rate, and make your debuffs stick more often.
