Ninja Fame Question

When you have enough fame to do the Tonko:Ichi and Utsusemi:Ichi quests, does that give you enough fame to get the quests for the rest of the Ninja scrolls? After completing those two?

I recently just finished the Ninja quest, and someone from my LS told me to get fame for the Utsusemi schroll quest (instead of buying it for 100k or something >.<).

He said something about doing the Zinc ore quest to gain fame, but I have no idea what that quest is. Can somebody explain it so I can get to working? ^-^

Its in Tenshodo Bastok
trade 4 Zinc Ore 100 times and then you will have enough fame
