Ninja/ Samurai Good Mix!

Hello fellow adventurers im Antonio known as Aj5000. A Ninja/ Samurai is wicked! That's what i am. Not only can you use Katana's but even Great Katana's! You can use the agility of a ninja and the strength of a Samurai! THIS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! :spin:

I want to try it, but only after I get my Nin up to 60, so I'll have Meditate by the time I try it.

I have no idea what is so special.. I used this to farm but a GreatKatana dealing around 100 DMG in 5 seconds while I can deal 4-6 40-60 damage hits with my normal katana hardly seems worth it. The 60% meditate penatly makes it of no use to anyone especially since the last patch. Samurai are no stronger then a warrior and Samurai's strength is from the multi WS and not how hard they hit.

GKatana usable by ninjas have large level gaps as far as upgrades are concerned. Rated 'C' for crappy damage and hit rate - tried it for farming and yes it is awful compared to dual wield. Why would you want to be mistaken for a gimp SAM anyways using a gkatana

wow either u havn't updated or ur just another cheap ninja who doens't want to tank. honestly pre 60 w/o mediate i can't see how store tp 1, which is all u get from a lvl 11 sub gives more tp than an appriately lvled war w/ double attack

Fast?

Damn I find myself leveling very slow to how I did in the 60s..

I could make 20-25k leveling for 6 hours now I am lucky if I can get to 10k-15k in exp. Then again I only EXP if I get a bard to join my party. Also the key is to makes parties and not wait for them. I get invited sometimes by JPN while in town but unless they have a bard I do not usualy accept.

Subbing a sam would get usfull probably only when 60, by then you will have meditate and will be able to focus more on ninjas's offensive WS which would be quite efficient if your a good damage dealer. Now Doing 2 Blade: Ku's in a row, now thats awsome

Why?

Jin and Ten are both 2x stronger.. Ku just gives 2 TP more

Only thing I could see SAM sub useful for is meditate if you were doing HNM, not tanking and wanted faster tp gain for spirits within :confused:

60 TP every 3 minutes in exchange for ATK and ACC loss? Not worth it!

ROFL i love you sig Stain. I too am on the quest for my Scorp but leading a HNM ls tends to be quite expensive. My members and guilders come b4 me -.-. As for sam sub....nothing...i mean nothing beats having a war sub for in PT damage. Double attack/beserk/warcry plus some str and atk increase. As for meditate..it would be wasted on nin since with war sub you already build tp rather quickly. I love my Blade: Ten and Jin, just to see the damage done by Ku just depresses me. Although its the coolest LOOKING ws in the game lol.

Yeah i would never dream of using anything besides war sub for xp^^ -just wondered about HNM that require groups to kill, not ninja soloable ones if SAM sub would have helped tp gain on lower level monster to do more ws.

I used to drool over shinobi war gi +1 when I was a alittle ninja long time ago - everyone goes for scorp harness though obviously.
